Giant Wine Cork Rhinoceros by two California couples

Typical pastimes are diverse. Jim Lambert would go for fishing or woodworking whenever he found himself bored. His wife, Mary Lambert suggested him to pick a particular hobby so he immediately thought of utilizing thousands of corks he had piled up and make an interesting monument out of them. Dwelling an artistic talent, at first his mind lit the bulb for making a Giraffe out of corks, but later he got caught of the fact that they are almost 20 feet long and building them up this long might take a lifetime. Thus he was convinced to beautify his garage with a giant Rhinoceros.

He and his wife, making use of the architectural abilities and talent by profession of his friend Bob and his wife began working on the framework relation to its size and proportion. Using the details and depths from online photos, the animals used wood and plastic foams covered with wine corks: a 12 foot long statue rose on the ground. It took three years to bring this project in to accomplishment. Eighty three friends excluding the two families glued 12000 stoppers to it giving rise to a final social shape.     The name, ‘Rhinocirrhosi’ was given to it after Rhinoceros and a liver disease caused due to heavy drinking!
